Fun With Words has a Glossary of Linguistics and Rhetoric that defines words related to, well, linguistics and rhetoric. An example:

sesquipedalian: of a word, having many syllables; of a person, tending to use long words.

I discovered that paraprosdokian means…

(That’s a joke. Look it up!)
