Random Blogs

Jody posted this at 8:02 pm under internet & computers

I spent 15 minutes today clicking random blogs from blo.gs hoping to find something interesting. Most of the sites were:

  • Too hard to read.
  • Didn’t peek my interest within 10 seconds.
  • Too slow to load.

The only site I read for more than 5 minutes was Zed Med in N. Zed:

An academic Family Doc and his family’s adventures on a 6 month working “sabbatical” in New Zealand.

I’m now in my 22nd year of practicing Family Medicine, and feeling its time for a change. So I’m taking my family (wife, youngest daughter) with me to New Zealand for 6 months, where I will be working in a small town medical clinic in the South of South Island.

His latest entry describes diagnosing three cases of cancer, giving an enlightening perspective of doctors’ work.
