I have a few friends who comment; it’s nice to see people enjoy some of the stuff I post, especially if it’s a personal post.

I’m not trying to get people to comment, but it’s often interesting to see what strangers have to write. Sometimes.

Did you notice how little effect that comic seems to have? People tend to rather passively read blogs and not interact with the content after all, it seems - even when stung they don't write!
