Walt WhitmanThis 8-minute recording has me reading one of my favourite sections of Walt Whitman’s Leaves of Grass, By Blue Ontario Shores. It would be more fun to record some poems from Charles Bukowski’s Play the Piano Drunk Like a Percussion Instrument Until the Fingers Begin to Bleed a Bit (which I love). But his poems aren’t in the public domain, so I can’t touch them.

I just noticed that I mis-read the poem in parts, including the last line which should end with “the same monotonous old song” instead of “the same old monotonous song.” But I can’t be bothered re-recording it.

By the way, Jody, when are YOU going to be back to posting things? I’m getting sick of being the main poster to this site — and I’m pretty sure I’m not the only one who feels this way.

J0dy’s too busy sitting around pretending like he’s trying to get this project done since all our jobs and futures are on the line.
