Measure Your Download And Upload Speed

The Bandwidth Speed Test:

A Java application that accurately measures your Internet connection UPLOAD and DOWNLOAD speeds.
My download speed is 2.92 Mbps, and my upload speed is 303 Kbps.

    Has Rogers increased their speeds? I’m now getting 4.54 Mbps for downloads (almost twice as high), and 310 Kbps for uploads.
