Parables and Primes
Danny Schmidt’s new album, Parables & Primes is coming out in a few weeks. I got an advanced copy from Danny his own self last week, and it’s a good album. I wish I could say more, but I’m in the middle of moving to a new province and haven’t had time to give it a good listen. First impressions: It’s a slight departure from his last two albums in that it has a more highly produced feel to it; his guitar and voice are still the foundation, but there is more built up around them. Three songs from the album are available for download, along with a live video (41 MB) for his song “Stained Glass.” May you be enticed.
