I made fishcakes this eve and unfortunately didnt put enough flour around them and so.. when i placed them in the frying pan they fell apart!! ha ha.. i have just noticed a recipe though which suggests adding a little beaten egg to the potato fish mix.. to help it bind!! will try this next time! lol.. you are not the only ones..
