Jolie Holland’s New Album

The new album, Springtime Can Kill You, is now complete and slated for a May 8th/9th release depending on where you live in the world. The release will be followed by a World Tour stretching throughout 2006. The first of those dates will be announced soon, but first, we have some exciting pre-album shows for you on tap.
Jolie and band will premiere songs from the new album first at the South By Southwest Music festival in Austin, Texas. Jolie’s official SXSW showcase will be on Friday, March 17th following a set by the legendary Billy Bragg. Jolie + band will also be playing a host of other parties around Austin the week of SXSW.
