Yesterday I played music and got on the mic between songs for a couple hours, and I enjoyed it. Even if no one's listening, I find it relaxing. So I'll more than likely keep it up, once a week, just for myself. I recorded the stream yesterday for the 2 hours I was on the mic, then played the whole thing back on a continuous loop while I was out of the house (until the power went out). I'll probably do that again, too, because even if it's a live voice on tape, I prefer some semblance of a human touch over purely canned music. We have a community radio station here in Kansas City and if you want to hear unskilled DJ's....well let's just say you're a superstar.
