You will hear the term "small chance", but it doesn't matter if you are the "small chance". I believe that just the passage of time along with proper rest and adequate hydration goes a long way. I didn't feel any of them except dehydration, but I was guzzling water anyhow so it wasn't bad. My cough's finally gone this week, or maybe last week.
