Another all-time best poll has been taken, this time to determine the all-time greatest album in the UK. And the winner is… Definitely Maybe by Oasis. In second place is Sgt. Pepper’s Lonely Heart’s Club Band by The Beatles. Here’s the rest of the list:

I’m just as out of touch with UK popular music as I am with North American tastes. I own a copy of Sgt. Pepper and Dark Side, though I rarely listen to either of them. The Stone Roses? Never heard of them, and wouldn’t recognize Radiohead if I did. I could go on, but why bother? I’m old.
