The movie didn’t affect me. In fact I remember being in the theatre and at one point looked around to see if people were ACTUALLY watching it or if they were just looking around the theatre, as bored as me.

I remember reading your review several years ago. You warned me then that the paragraphs to follow would ruin the movie. So I didn’t read it. I happened to have already borrowed a copy of the movie and then watched it that night. I must have been in the right mood or something because it affected me the same way as it did you (or Phillip). When I read Phillip’s status report the next day I remember thinking “I couldn’t have said it better myself”. I guess you thought the same thing. Thanks Phillip.

But really, I DID feel the same. Quit making things up.

2) You realize this was taken word-for-word from an email I sent you after I first saw the movie, right? (You must, because you told me the movie didn’t really do anything for you.)
3) Even though it doesn’t hold up to repeated viewings — and for many poeple, a single viewing — it was the most fun I’ve ever had watching a movie in a theatre.
