I found out the name of the program I use, it's PassPack. Loads real quick and gives me a sense of security that leads me to falsly believe that they're all safe.

I use a little encrypted program that I keep in my shortcut bar on the computer. I forget the name of it, but I found it from here: http://steelwhitetable.org/blog/2006/04/13/i-want-windows-freeware-to/ So I only have to remember two usernames/passwords: to get into windows and the password into my encrypted program. In that little program I have roughly 15 usernames/passwords.

When I don't care about whatever it is that I'm signing up for, I always use pender/rednep, as long as it doesn't store any useful information, like my bust size.
