Favourite Movies of 2006
I’m not sure how many movies I saw this year. Probably somewhere between 60 and 70. I saw about 30 of them at my local multiplex. (That number would be lower if it wasn’t for the many free tickets I received; I have no love for the multiplex movie theatre.) These aren’t the best movies of 2006; they’re just the ones I enjoyed the most. Not all of them are official 2006 releases, but I saw them for the first time in 2006, so they’re new to me.
My top 10 list from last year was alright, but only a few of them would I highly recommend. This year, I have no problem recommending every movie on the list. The top 6 on the list are pretty much tied for first place. Not a bad bunch of movies.
Starting tomorrow, I’ll post the #10 movie on my list and then another movie every day after that.
