…has a building culture of shared leadership among all staff, decision making by the people closest to implementing decisions, high levels of professional freedom, and a widely held commitment to promoting a climate of respect, decency, and trust throughout the school community.
Sedition.com recently posted a photo of students from Nathan Hale smoking dope (initially without the faces and license plate blocked out):
Besides being stupid enough to do it in view of three businesses and more residences, like clockwork during the lunch hour, they’re on private property down there. They pushed it over the edge today throwing trash right in front of me and showing up too drunk to stand at the playground by their school which was full of little kids.
Sedition.com didn’t post it without a lot of thought, but some of the students seem to have little respect for their neighborhood:
I have caught Nathan Hale kids pissing on the little kids’ playground gym equipment. I have picked up more than one used condom from where 2 year-olds climb on slides. I’ve picked up bags worth of of trash. I watched two “friends” carry their buddy too drunk to stand off that same playground the day I posted this.
I don’t know if I would’ve posted a photo of the incident. I think I would’ve talked to the school and city authorities first. Maybe. If I saw no results from that, then I’d post about it with a photo.
Some students found Sedition’s post, prompting Sedition to edit the photo. Their comments are, as expected, abusive.
