Reduce Your Sleep

Jody posted this at 7:34 am under life

Sleep Adjustment - Gain 10 days per year lists three things that worked for the author to optimize his sleep time:

  • Go to sleep when your body indicates it’s time to go to sleep; that is, if you’re tired, sleep.
  • What up at the same time every day.
  • Take a nap during the day.

I’ve posted about trying to reduce your sleep requirements before. I like the idea of waking up before everyone else, having alone time to do things without interruption. I’d probably do the same stupid things I do now (eg. browse the net, update SWT), though.

I take it the author is 65+ and retired? I find it difficult to nap in the middle of the workday, people notice.
