Harvesting Garlic

We picked our garlic from the garden today. It was planted last fall, in 2006. Now I don’t know what to do with all of it. Here are some photos of it.

    Eat it raw, then go for a walk in the woods and see if the flies bother you. Apparently it’s better than deet.
