More Stuff on a Table
J-Walk posted a photo of a table with some stuff on it and listed the items on the table. Now it’s my turn. I just took a photo of the table in front of me. (A desk is a table, right?) Click the image to enlarge.
Here’s what’s on the table or in the photo:
Ansel Adams’s Monolith - Face of Half Dome, Nigel the cast cat sitting on my printer, XLR cable on printer (Nigel’s sitting on the mic), white clamp-on lamp, cheap Alto mixer, XLR cable and mic, Sansa MP3 player, white USB plug for MP3 player, Jolie Holland CD under mic, Star Trek collector cards (original generation) in transparent plastic case, empty miniDV tape case, black fabric case for camera, broken and taped up mic stand, video8 cassette in case, spool of CD-RWs with one CD left, stack of Neil Young CDs with a back up DVD-R copy of Little Children on top (gold-coloured), CD-RWs and DVD-RWs in cases and just lying around, Koss speakers, monitor featuring J-Walk’s photo, white earbud headphones, bottle of Liquid Paper, flyers from President’s Choice Financial, envelope from phone company, two black markers and one silver marker (aka Sharpies), small mug with pen, spool of CD-Rs with stapler on top, keyboard, mouse, menu to Chinese restaurant, empty CD envelopes, hand-held tape recorder, DVD-R copy of 21 Grams, screw driver (hidden behind stack of CDs, so technically not in the photo, but it’s on the table!), cable modem with cable, box of jewel cases, stack of thin jewel cases in plastic, cheque book box, weird spot of dirt under the table (looks like a dried up leaf), arm rest from chair, and Star Trek calendar (original generation) on the wall.
Isn’t life grand?
I may need to create a new category: “J-Walk Lemming Post.”
I also just noticed an empty zip-lock back on the table and two other miniDV tape cases, one empty, the other with a tape in it. Amazing.
That reminds me: I’m going to walk around my hotel and take pictures of the desert-like fauna. I’m too far from wilderness to see animals, but I may drive someplace later this week.
