Not much better results. It's slow to pop and there's a significant pool of unpopped kernels left over. That my be due to the cheap no-name (Sobeys Compliments) popcorn we used. Adding oil into a paper bag only makes it messier. The demonstration in the video seem deceptive. They show the guy adding oil, but the popped bag definitely didn't have any oil it. The oil soaks through the paper. The kernels were slow to pop and not all of them popped. It's okay, but I'd rather buy a good popcorn maker instead. We did it. I put popcorn kernels in a paper lunch bag, folder the opening up a few times, then put it in the microwave for a minute or so. All the kernels popped. The kids loved it.
