I just deleted the 4,000+ emails from my gmail Spam folder. I’m going to check how many spam I get around the same time every day and note it here.
You’re welcome.
(I’ll probably forget to do it after the second day.)
Day 1 (Sept 20): 186 spam in about 24 hours. At that rate I’ll have over 5000 spam in a month.
Day 2 (Sept 21): 354 spam. That’s about what I predicted. Thus ends this fascinating experiment.

I guess you forgot.
I created a new Yahoo account on Friday. No SPAM there so far.
I didn’t forget. I updated the post with my results.
Right. Two days.
You want more?!
Who wouldn’t!
I have over 10,000 spam a month now. Christ. I’d have to get a new email address every month if gmail’s spam detector didn’t work so well.
I don’t get any SPAM. Not even in the Bulk/Spam folder. I’m very proud of that.
mmmmm spam…that magical mixed up meat…mmmmm
And made from Brazilian cows grazed on ground that was once Amazon rain forest. No wonder if tastes so good.
