We'll be returning it ff we're not satisfied with its performance over the weekend. That's disappointing. I really like 'em! They conserve water and still do exactly what you need a commode to do. We're planning to redo our tiny master bath in February, so I'll be looking into these. I go to where the price is the cheapest. For home renovations I have found Home Hardware to be the best by far. If you are buying lumber, it all comes from Kents, so it doesn't really matter where you buy from. From what I hear, all the good lumber goes to the States. Not sure why that is.
