mudradio.com
Someone brought to my attention a radio station called MUD Radio. I guess they weren’t aware that “Mud Radio” is a registered trademark own by Phillip Cairns, as is “Mud Songs.” Should I sue them? Their MUD stands for Middlesex Union Direct. The mud in my Mud Radio stands for mud. So I guess they’re not really stealing the name. I’ll let it slide as long as they don’t try to steal my logo too.
I tried tuning in, but their live stream seems to be dead at the moment. I guess they’re not on 24 hours a day. All the best to them.

Some left-wing commie edumucation organization steals your intellectual property, and you let it slide? That’s mighty Christian of you, Phillip.
Kloss, on the other hand, would gather his people and schedule a conference call with Toad. That’s why he’s the king of webcasting, and you’re just an illegitimate prince.

I prefer in-bred third cousin once-removed. Good day to you, sir!
Sue Sue Sue!!!! There is no such thing as bad publicity. Think of all the new listeners that would tune in…if it was up and running. I am sure some shyster would take it on contingency.
