If anyone else feels inspired to add something to the recording and you don't have fancy recording gear, just play back the original MP3 or WAV file through headphones, perhaps on a portable player, and record the new track through your PC. Where I'm living now, it's impossible to play it without disturbing the people who live upstairs. I've had my banjo for a year, and except for the first couple months, I've barely touched it. As the site is being updated by listeners in preparation for bringing the artists back in full-force, I had to decide between supporting working musicians with a web presence and CDs and those who make wonderful music but we can't "help". Yeah, it hurt to remove a lot of that music. It would have been removed eventually as a "cover" anyway though. That's going to hurt even more as we get 100% of the library signed off for royalty-free airplay from the copyright holder. Glad you made it available here!
