I saw Iron Man last night. I never read the comic so I had no idea about its origin or how fantastical its powers would be.

It's a fun movie. I agree with Phillip's opinion; the origin of Iron Man is well presented. There are some over-the-top elements and the usual one-line witty lines, but it's packaged well.

There's a scene at the end of the movie, at the end of ALL the credits, that hints at a sequel. A well-known actor appears in the scene who didn't appear in the rest of the movie. A bad-ass, cool actor.

One thing that spoiled it: trailers I saw for the movie weeks ago: they gave too much of it away. Watching the beginning of the movie was like watching the trailers, which was disappointing.

I'm not going to watch anymore more movie trailers.
