Stop-Motion Film Short: “Madame Tutli-Putli”

I’m working for the St. John’s International Women’s Film Festival for the next couple weeks. I get to watch all the movies before they’re screened. One of them is a 17-minute stop-motion film short called Madam Tutli-Putli. I just watched it on a big screen with headphones and couldn’t look away. It’s a work of art.

So I Googled it and this is what I found:1) The NFB website for the film; 2) The entire film on Google Video; 3) Jason Walker’s website, a painter who helped create the film — I’m not sure; I haven’t examined much of the website yet because I’m writing this on the spot, but it looks interesting; 4) Part 1 and Part 2 of the film on YouTube. It won’t be as good as what I just saw, big crystal clear image with good sound, but it’s enough to give you a taste. Here’s part 1:
