Simple Sandwich and It’s a Meal

1) Slightly toasted bread. (I used a thickly cut home made whole wheat.)

2) Brie cheese. (I used a generic grocery store brand, one medium layer of it.)

3) Thickly sliced baked ham. (I used a cheap precooked ham heated in the over for an hour.)

4) Thinly sliced apple. (I used a green Granny Smith apple.)

Make a sandwich out of it with no other ingredients and tell me what you think.

I find that if you add a layer of cheetos and mayo…slides right down….

I still enjoy the toasted tomato mayo and pepper….used to eat a lot of them in labrador as for some reason we were able to get small rock hard tomatoes with some regularity…that and cabbage….stavin off the scurvy…
