President Bush, You’re Under Arrest

Jody posted this at 11:36 pm under canada, humor, life

Should Canada indict Bush?

When U.S. President George W. Bush arrives in Ottawa — probably later this year — should he be welcomed? Or should he be charged with war crimes?

It’s an interesting question. On the face of it, Bush seems a perfect candidate for prosecution under Canada’s Crimes against Humanity and War Crimes Act.

This act was passed in 2000 to bring Canada’s ineffectual laws in line with the rules of the new International Criminal Court. While never tested, it lays out sweeping categories under which a foreign leader like Bush could face arrest.

Now wouldn’t THAT be interesting?

Bush is going to be in Ottawa Nov. 30. Rumors are spreading that his visit is one of the reasons why Carolyn Parrish was booted out of the Liberal caucus.

    Bush sux. Kill him!

Actually, I’m surprised he is still alive. Terrorists don’t enlist snipers? Who cares if he’s a martyr, the americanos will dump another 100 billion in ineffectual “anti-terrorist” things and drive up the canadian dollar even higher.

Oh, that’s it, Pender, you’re dead! The FBI will be knocking on your door by the time this post gets pushed off the main page. Any public statement that could be read as a threat against the president (e.g., “Let’s kill the President of the United States, George W. Bush,” or simply “Let’s kill George W. Bush”) are taken seriously by FBI. They probably have a file on you now—they’ll probably monitor Steel White Table for next 6 months for activities which threaten the national security of the United States.

So everybody be on your best behaviour and don’t say anything bad about the monkey in the White House.

Uh oh, the effbeeeye’s are after me, and you! Maybe I’ll be kidnapped from my country and tried in one of their fair courts for this grave misdeed.

That’s a load of crap, I’ve been threatening people’s lives all my life, just because he’s someone who actually deserves death doesn’t mean I should stop talking about how he should be killed. He’s killed thousands of innocent people and hiked up gas prices higher than they already were. Good job, idiot, you accomplished nothing after spending like 500 billion dollars! It would have been easier for him to just give every person $1,000 for gas.
