Sleep Adjustment – Gain 10 days per year lists three things that worked for the author to optimize his sleep time:
- Go to sleep when your body indicates it’s time to go to sleep; that is, if you’re tired, sleep.
- What up at the same time every day.
- Take a nap during the day.
I’ve posted about trying to reduce your sleep requirements before. I like the idea of waking up before everyone else, having alone time to do things without interruption. I’d probably do the same stupid things I do now (eg. browse the net, update SWT), though.
