Still Sick

I’m still sick, and I’ve gotten worse. I won’t be going into work tomorrow, and I doubt I’ll be posting much here the next couple of days, if anything.

  1. contac C extra strength nighttime. best medication i’ve ever seen. it destroyed my cold over the weekend. be prepared to go to sleep after you take it though.

  2. I have a tendency to sleepwalk, hallucinate, and scare the shit out of people in the house at night after I take medication such as that. Oh, do I have stories to tell. I stick to Tylenol and drink a lot.

  3. Limit your workouts and don’t do too much cardio while you’re sick. I tell you this because I know you are like, some huge bodybuilding type guy and don’t know when to limit yourself. Or something.

    You can take like 10x the recommended daily dosage of vitamin c when you’re sick and it should help with getting better with no side effects, other than healthiness. As well as gorging yourself on healthy food like jello and brownies as much as you are physically able.
