Turn That Damn TV Off

The 10th annual National (U.S.) TV Turnoff Week begins next week (April 19-25).

My wife and I didn’t have a television for almost a year once and we didn’t miss it. I’d like to get rid of ours; I rarely watch it now; I’m too busy being with my daughter or I’m on the computer.

  1. I watch the weather network every day, that’s the only station I ever watch.

There used to be some super duper hot chick on in the mornings, but now she’s not. I got into the habit of watching the show at that hour anyhow so I check out the less hot chick on there now.

They found out that you were stalking her so she had to resign and find another network to employ her.

  3. Hey, it’s April 19 today, the start of “TV Turnoff Week”. I can proudly say that I watched 3.5 hours of TV today. Looking forward to tomorrow.

  4. They moved her to a different timeslot, I was going to email the weather network and see if I could get her email address, phone number and bra size so I could stalk her. Not just a regular stalk, but proper-stalk, with scary notes and dead animals in her mailbox, to show my love.
