amazon important message

I recently ordered an ebook at while in Detroit. Checking the status of the order, amazon displayed the above message in my order’s status page. After questioning my ethical alignment for 3 seconds (lawful-good? lawful-neutral? chaotic?), I emailed the screenshot to some friends, wondering what they’d do.

A few minutes later I checked the order again and the message was gone, so I didn’t get a change to press Apply balance to this order, although I don’t think I would’ve. I doubt it would have worked anyway, given how the credit amount was displayed. I didn’t send it to amazon because I couldn’t reproduce it.
