Hey, kids! The next time your mom or dad scolds you over dinner and tells you to eat your greens, take your finger (no, not that one, your index finger), stick it deep into your nose, dig for a big booger, pull it out and triumphantly stick it in your mouth and eat it.
You’ll get sent to your room, spanked and grounded (not necessarily in that order), but you’ll be healthier for it!
Prof. Dr. Bischinger says that “picking your nose and eating it is one of the best ways to stay healthy.”
According to the wire story, “Innsbruck-based lung specialist Prof. Dr. Friedrich Bischinger said people who pick their noses with their fingers were healthier, happier and probably better in tune with their bodies.

  2. At first it was Urine, drinking your urine is actually good for you, now boogers. I think I’ll get a jump on things and start eating my own toilet snickers too.

  3. its true, ive eaten my boogers as long as i can remember. but i havnt been sick for maybe 4 yrs straight now.
    it might seem nasty, but drinking ur pee is way more disgusting than this.
    idk maybe this will be the new scientific breakthrough.
