I’m playing Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time for the Playstation 2, and it’s a blast. The game-play is linear; not a lot of friggin’ around with mazes, figuring out what to do next, which I like a lot; and the cinematic, controls, and character actions are really cool – a fun game to play, and not difficult to learn.
It’s based on the Prince of Persia game written for DOS many years ago which my brother and I played a lot. The old version is still available for free.
I’m an impatient video game player. I don’t have the patience to figure out puzzles or work through mazes. If I’m playing an action game where you have to defeat a "boss" to continue further, I’ll quit if it becomes difficult or repetitive. I often resort to FAQs for games; I care for seeing the story and action played out than trying to figure it out. As a result, I tend to play games that are considered simple and easy like racing car games.
